EJF does not make any expressed or implied warranties or guarantees regarding the quality or value of the items or services purchased at the Auction. EJF has also attempted to be as accurate and inclusive about restrictions as possible. However, all items and services are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the donors. Reservations for activities and outings must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise noted. No refunds will be allowed for canceled tickets and/or accommodations.
